Skill certification failed for no reason - need Alexa team assistance
Hi, my skill failed certification twice on the same errors, but when I try the reproduce steps it works flawlessly. I tried both by typing in the service simulator, and by voice using echosim and a real speaker, it works every time.
Maybe a tester is using an accent which is not recognized properly, I have no way of knowing what is the utterance Alexa interprets unless they send me the JSON.
Skill id is: amzn1.ask.skill.74a2ecac-f8e2-46fb-967b-795ff00d6183
Thank you.

Hi Khimee, I got contacted but it's currently stuck as they respond that my skill can't be enabled after the permission step, because there is an error message in the Alexa app.
The frustrating thing is that this step happens before my skill is even invoked, so it's probably an internal error and I obviously can't do anything to resolve it.
By the way, the skill does gets enabled after that error eventually.

Hey Shay,
The certification team should be reaching out to you with some more info by the end of the day (if they haven't already). Stay tuned!
Best,
Stefanie

Hi! I was informed that your skill is now through certification. However, it doesn't look like you've submitted to the challenge yet. Make sure you complete a submission form on Devpost before the deadline, including a demo video and all required information.
All the best,
Stef

Hi, I made some minor changes and resubmitted my skill for certification, now it fails again while it works for me... opened a case: 5351502031, can anyone take a look?
