Skills published in UK Skill store

As per rules, the skills needs to be submitted in US Alexa skill store:
Submit your Skill for U.S. Alexa Skill Store certification before the end of the Submission Period

What if my skill is available only in UK Skill store but not in US Skill store? Can I still participate in the competition or do I need to publish my UK skill in US Skill store? Please help.

    Hi! To be eligible for this challenge, you do need to be submitted for certification to the US Skill Store by Sep. 17th at 5pm EDT and certified in the US Skill Store by Oct. 1st at 5pm ETD.

    That being said, there's a special bonus prize for skills published in both the US Skill Store AND one of the other Global English Skill Stores, including the UK.

    Unless there is some reason I don't know of, you should be able to submit the UK skill to the US store, too: https://developer.amazon.com/docs/devconsole/launch-your-skill.html#define-skill-availability

    Hi anshul0305 I am in UK to if you dont register in the UK Store. When the app goes to Certification = "In Review" you will need to be able. Then goes in the US Store, you UK registered Echo wont see this.

    Even the Alexa App for Desktop browsers by going to https://alexa.amazon.co.uk/ you cannot access you app in the UK
    So "you" or your UK friends cannot access the "Enable Skill" box remains greyed out.
    My skill went in review on 8th September for UK and UK Store.
    10th September just got back my failure results which will take a long time to digest and fix.

    US Skill Store by Sep. 17th at 10PM GMT and certified in the US Skill Store by Oct. 1st at 10pm GMT
    So I assume that once the skill has been submitted for review but failed certification then we are still submitted

    Thank you Stef and Jimbo. I managed to submit my skill in both US and UK store successfully.
